Helpful wonderful lady when we arrived so felt very welcome. We loved Genua so much we stayed 3 nights. Air conditioning worked good. Nice and clean room. A refrigerator. Perfect location 2 min from Plaza de Ferrari with great restaurants. We appreciated the hotels breakfast with cappuccino and fresh pressed orange juice.

The staff were very helpful in every way. The Hotel is located centrally and it is an easy walk to all the attractions, restaurants etc. Breakfast is relaxed and enjoyable with good access times up to 10.00. There is a nice touch where they provide coffee and pastries free of charge during the afternoon. It is a 10 euro taxi ride to the rail station for 4 people and luggage. Would certainly stay there again!

Italy is always a hard place to find a good central nice comfortable hotel, you get rubbish cheap hotels then really expensive high end hotels, finding what most of us want, a good hotel at a good price is the Holy Grail, I've been to Rome 5 times and still not found my forever hotel, I've nailed my Genoa hotel first visit

Hotel room was big and comfortable and overlooked the main Piazza. The reception staff were helpful except for one person. Breakfast was plentiful and staff in breakfast room were very attentive to your needs.

Very good position, close to the center, close to the main tourist attractions, to the beach. The hotel staff was very helpfull and very polite. The room was large, prices for the minibar in the room were good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean.

The hotel is ideally situated for seeing the sights in Genoa, all of which were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

The staff is very nice and helpful! I found the location great and safe, during my stay. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning service is great. The air conditioning works very well and for me it made very little noise. My bedroom included a safe deposit box, which is also nice. I also received a jam as a present, at the end of my stay. Overall, a great experience!
